Privacy

IchizaCall Operations Office (the "Operator") handles information entrusted to IchizaCall (the "Service") as described below. The Service collects only the minimum information needed for scheduling, and deletes it once it is no longer needed. This English version is a translation; if it differs from the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.

2. How we use it

1. To collect availability answers and show them to the Organizer
2. To email links to the organizer page or your answer page, sign-in links, and the final date

6. To prevent misuse and improve the Service
7. To answer your inquiries

We never use your email address to promote the Service or for anything unrelated to scheduling.

3. Who can see answers

By default, only the Organizer of a project can see its answers. If the Organizer changes visibility to "Everyone," the project's Respondents can also see them. The Operator may view answers only when necessary, such as to fix a problem or investigate misuse.

4. Sharing with third parties

We do not share your information with third parties except:

1. With your consent
2. When required by law
3. When necessary to protect someone's life, body or property and it is difficult to obtain your consent
4. With the service providers listed below, to the extent needed to run the Service

All of these providers are based in the United States. The U.S. has no single federal law equivalent to Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information, but personal data is protected through regulation by the Federal Trade Commission and state laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. Each provider applies security measures such as encryption in transit and at rest and access controls, and publishes them on its website.

6. Cookies and advertising

1. The Service stores an edit key on your device so you can change your answers later.
2. The Service uses a cookie to keep Organizers signed in.
3. Ads on the free plan are served by Google AdSense, which may use cookies. See How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services and Ad settings to turn off personalized ads.
4. Projects run by Plus Organizers do not show ads.

7. Retention and deletion

1. Projects, answers, display names and Respondents' email addresses are deleted automatically 90 days after the scheduling period ends.
2. The email address and plan used for sign-in are kept until you ask us to delete them.
3. Plus contract and payment records are kept for the period required by law.
4. Organizers can delete a project at any time from the organizer page.

8. Your requests

To request access to, correction of, suspension of use of, or deletion of your information, please contact us at the address below. We will verify your identity and respond in accordance with applicable law.

9. Security

We protect your information through encrypted connections, restricted access, long hard-to-guess page links, and automatic deletion.
