IchizaCall is a scheduling poll where answers come only to the organizer. Send one link to collect availability from clients and people outside your team. Respondents never see each other's names or schedules.

How it works

1. Create a project: Enter a project name, a date range, and your name and email. No account or password needed.
2. Send the invite: Tap "Copy invite message" and paste it into email, chat or any messaging app.
3. Collect answers: Respondents mark each day ✓ (available), ? (maybe) or ✕ (unavailable), and can add notes like "mornings only".
4. Pick a date and notify everyone: See which days work for everyone on your organizer page, then email the final date to all respondents. Replies come straight to you.

• Scheduling with clients, freelancers and other outside people, without exposing other participants' names or schedules.
• Unannounced projects: send it under a working title respondents see.
• Planning far ahead: there is no limit on the length of the date range.

FAQ

Can respondents see each other's answers?
Not by default. Respondents can see other answers only if the organizer changes visibility to "Everyone."

Do respondents need an account?
No. They just enter a name and email and answer. The email is used to send the final date and a link to edit their answers.

Can respondents change their answers later?
Yes. On the same device, they just open the invite link again. On another device, they can use the answer page link we email them.

How much does it cost?
IchizaCall is free to use. The free plan allows one active project per email address and shows an ad after people answer. Plus ($3 per month or $30 per year) removes the limit and the ads.

When is data deleted?
Automatically, 90 days after the date range ends. Organizers can delete a project at any time from the organizer page.

Is it available in Japanese?
Yes. Use the language link at the bottom of the page. Each respondent sees the language of their own browser.
